Sandwich double washer (SDD)

Due to multiple customer request in recent months we perfomed tests and trials to manufacture a washer which is also rubber coated on the back.

The designated advantages of such a double coated washer are amongst others:

• additional sealing between washer and screw head
  
• no need of mounting an additional loose rubber plate between washer and srew head
  
• best use to fix belated mounted solar moduls
• simple handling, easy mounting
  
• additional surface and corrosion protection when using the galvanised model

The picture shows a washer of 29 x 6.8 x 1 mm with 2.0 mm EPDM sealing underneath the washer and 1.0 mm EPDM sealing on the back of the washer. Patterns can be sent if necessary, other dimensions on request.
